Bella

Bella

Hi, my name is Bella. I got my license from Eastern Virginia Career College in their Medical Massage 750-hour program. Massage therapy has always been something I knew I wanted to pursue and had a natural talent for.

Massage has been my go-to for constant self-care, whether it’s for physical pain or I'm in need of some de-stressing. Massage can help with anxiety and overall quieting of the mind when used to engage the parasympathetic nervous system through relaxing modalities like Swedish and therapeutic massage.

Medical massage is great for any aches and pain you may feel through the daily use of your body, from previous injuries, surgeries or any other trauma to the body- these modalities include deep tissue, sports, cupping and gua sha massage. My massage technique consists of a balance between relaxation and medical modalities because I always want my clients to be able to relax while still receiving the treatment that they need.

Most importantly I always want a tailored treatment plan for each client.

I am so thankful to be able to share my passion with you and help retrain your body to function at its optimal level. I am constantly looking to connect with my clients and make them feel seen, heard, and physically well.

My specializations are.

  • Headache/Migraine treatments
    (scalp massage)
  • Prenatal massage
  • Swedish massage
  • Deep tissue
  • Guasha
  • Bamboo massage
  • Sports massage
  • Medical massage
  • Cupping
